These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Elara app and website (elaralife.app), operated by Stefan Petrovic ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Elara, you agree to these Terms.
Elara is a personal life calendar application for iOS. You may use Elara for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
Elara offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with additional functionality.
Free Trial: Elara Premium includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription price.
Subscription pricing:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Changes to pricing: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.
All personal data you enter into Elara — including events, notes, financial information, and other life data — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal calendar or life data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Elara, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Stefan Petrovic. All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Elara without prior written permission.
Elara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Elara will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of data. We strongly recommend enabling iCloud Sync or regularly exporting your data as a backup.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stefan Petrovic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Elara, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Elara at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Elara ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Elara after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
